Warner Bros. Interactive has revealed that six million copies of Batman: Arkham City have been shipped to retailers. The figure represents shipments worldwide and was revealed during the publisher's annual financial report.
This means that 1.4 million units have been moved since the figures reported in October. Warner Bros. Filmed Entertainment Division (which includes games) earned $12.6 billion in revenue this year, up $1 billion from the year before.
Batman: Arkham City was released in October 2011 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. A PC release followed in November.
